吃個豐盛下午茶自助餐賀賀大年初三！

庚子年大年初三，我們一家三口當然要去吃一個豐富的下午茶自助餐啦！我們選擇了Hotel Conrad（港麗酒店）的Tea Buffet。Tea Buffet 裡中西式的食物都有，先來個鹹點：包括La Salle 湯底的貢魚肉丸、蟹柳麵，水準真的一般而已。不過意外地發現蟹柳浸在湯裡一條條吃，是很好吃的。新年流流，當然要吃些餃子，這個餃子就做得相當差了，一咬下去，只覺糊成一片。做得較為好的要算西米布甸和綠茶煎堆，前者香滑，後者的麵粉皮煎得脆脆的。還有值得一讚是酒店在Puff tart上弄了一個紅色的恭喜發財的巧克力牌，為新年增添氣氛！
