To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為同事餞行,有人提議來聘珍樓,姑且一試,不過不失啦!先說環境,裝修雅致,門口有座鋼琴,令人感覺氣氛優雅食物方面,點心選擇頗多,亦有小菜選擇;甫坐下,我們先點了一隻片皮鴨二食,片皮鴨片得好薄,個皮幾脆,不過略油,但係用嚟包片皮鴨個塊皮就好唔掂,淋pai pai 嘅反而二食個鴨崧生菜包又幾好食喎另有點心:賽螃蟹餃,清清地,幾好味;炸兩,啲油炸鬼唔靚,唔好食芋絲春卷,跟喼汁會好味啲,佢跟嚟個醬麻麻地流沙奶黃包,個皮厚到可以整多個小籠包,都係個皮出事虎皮尖椒,好多”銀”係中間椒鹽鮮魷 ,可以更入味另有幾款無咩特別嘅菜包括燒賣,叉燒腸,燒腩仔,炒面,芥茉海哲等最差的,是侍應的態度,個個都目口目面,十問九唔知或唔應,除咗嚟收錢個部長之外,全部都無笑容嘅

賽螃蟹餃,清清地,幾好味;

炸兩,啲油炸鬼唔靚,唔好食

芋絲春卷,跟喼汁會好味啲,佢跟嚟個醬麻麻地

流沙奶黃包,個皮厚到可以整多個

小籠包,都係個皮出事

虎皮尖椒,好多”銀”係中間

椒鹽鮮魷 ,可以更入味

另有幾款無咩特別嘅菜包括燒賣,叉燒腸,燒腩仔,炒面,芥茉海哲等

最差的,是侍應的態度,個個都目口目面,十問九唔知或唔應,除咗嚟收錢個部長之外,全部都無笑容嘅
