這間新開的大壹燒鵝,走的是茶餐廳格局,環境闊落舒適。門口掛滿餐廳自家燒製的燒味。餐牌選擇十分多,除了一系列自家燒味,還有小菜,海鮮及粥粉麵飯樣樣齊。來得這裡當然要一試由他們自家工場燒製的燒味,點了燒味套餐中的大壹燒鵝飯併燒腩仔($63),份量都頗多,賣相不錯,切得每件大小都很平均。油光潤澤的燒鵝燒得皮脆肉甘香,鵝肉厚實。燒腩仔肥瘦相間,皮脆肉鬆軟。啫啫通菜煲($98),會將炒得八成熟的通菜在客人面前即席放入沙鍋中再炒香,令到通菜上枱不會炒得過火而變黃變老,味道咸香惹味。另外點了兩隻椒鹽南非八頭鮑魚,$58/兩隻起,價錢合理。鮑魚彈牙惹味
