灣仔嘅合和中心都算係區內嘅Signature Building,由我哋細細個已經記得佢特別嘅圓柱型外觀,依家再望望我隔離嘅M佬同背後嘅大廈,真係覺得歲月催人。講起合和中心,除咗返工放工,又點少得頂樓嘅旋轉餐廳呢?但今日我哋唔係食自助餐,反而係嘆夜茶。唔好以為喺合和中心呢啲商業區食飯就會好貴呀,呢個2-3人套餐都幾抵食架!蟹籽燒賣皇唔知大家去飲茶最鍾意食咩點心呢?我A姐就最鍾意燒賣,所以嚟到薈麵館都要叫番籠燒賣,因為即叫即蒸,所以要俾啲耐性等等喇。燒賣大大粒,原隻大蝦又夠彈牙,好味之餘最重要係套餐點燒賣唔駛另外加錢!鮮蝦腐皮卷同樣用上原隻新鮮大蝦,彈牙得嚟腐皮又脆口,係另一推介。蛋煎蝦米腸粉蝦米腸粉成日食,但呢度係用蛋煎嘅蝦米腸粉,令到腸粉沾上蛋嘅香味,質感亦滑溜,不過,蝦米份量就略嫌較少。酥炸蜆蚧鯪魚球6大粒新鮮炸起又鬆脆嘅鯪魚球,配埋唔會超鹹嘅蜆介醬,真係唔停得口。油菜:芥蘭芥蘭新鮮嫩綠,但蠔油唔夠,所以我哋要叫店員另上蠔油至得。豉椒牛河非常大碟,我哋2個人都食唔晒!豉椒牛河夠晒鑊氣,牛肉又夠晒多,最重要係唔會太多汁,搞到一pat pat咁。清潤雪耳燉木瓜冬天當然要滋潤一下啦!好清甜
