To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 契媽11月生日,她比較喜歡吃中餐,我一直覺得彩福的酒家小菜都幾出色,選擇又多,喜歡不同口味都照顧到,這次我book了北角分店!幸好有訂位,這晚有宴會,walk-in是沒有位的!彩椒菠蘿咕嚕肉啖啖肉,細佬最愛,咕嚕肉外脆內軟,肉質幾彈牙,咕嚕汁調得不錯,酸甜度剛好,菠蘿好甜!脆皮南乳雞這個我個人認為是彩福必點菜式,雞皮脆肉嫩,再加上惹味南乳醬,perfect!清蒸沙巴龍躉斑契媽喜歡食魚,點了條沙巴龍躉斑,價錢都相當親民,還重一斤二,蒸得剛好,好嫩滑!京式片皮鴨這個是我的最愛,片皮鴨是即片,保證新鮮熱辣出爐,好鬆脆,不油膩,加上蔥絲青瓜,用麼麼包住吃,好滿足!金菇魚腐浸菜苗要來一個清淡一點的菜,魚腐很有鮮味,還吃到一點點魚肉!整體每道小菜都很出色,大家都吃得很開心!
