Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (Kiu Kwan Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二月二十九日- 星期五一個月前嚟呢度食過第一次,覺得幾好食,今晚又想食齋,所以又再嚟過。今次都要等兩三個字,唔知係咪因為星期五晚/大家都認為呢度幾好食呢?原來呢度有得食素食火鍋,本人就從未試過啦,不過就唔係太大興趣,都係點返普通齋菜穩陣d。點了一個二人套餐+ 日式煎素餃子+ 鴿崧跟生菜包+ 羅漢齋炒麵,四人食真係好夠。套餐有:素翅兩碗,菠蘿咕嚕肉,法海圃團及紫米露糖水。菠蘿「咕嚕肉」賣相吸引,食落酸酸甜甜,很開胃,「咕嚕肉」比起真的咕嚕肉較腍,但味道亦相當不錯,炸粉炸得幾香脆可口。鴿崧跟生菜包又係另一推介,像真度極高,有崧子、紅蘿蔔、話梅碎等,幾特別。除咗煎餃子外,其他食物都唔錯,煎餃子既餃子皮太韌,所以麻麻哋。順帶一提,樓下買齋鹵味既客人眾多,味道應該不錯掛。
