舊同學約聚會,由柴灣食到過黎北角,雞煲個辣味夠,用上新鮮雞,夠滑夠味係首個推介。不過我地近期已經少左點火鍋料,點解?因為其他小食仲好食囉~男人既浪漫係要飲下啤酒吹下水,今次帶埋女朋友去,一樣都係要夠豪~椒鹽鮮魷,老闆親自下廚,外面脆入面仲好彈牙唔會乾,飲啤酒既首選。醉鴿,細細隻雖肉唔多,不過就勝在夠入味。蒜泥白肉,個蒜夠香,唔會好多油,唔似出面其他油浸白肉。皮蛋,唔算太特別,不過幾香,但人少就叫唔到,因為都幾大碟~炸魚皮,又一佐酒小食,好彩先有,好快賣哂,魚皮呢家野,當然要夠香脆,可以放雞煲吸埋啲精華,不過要食得辣先好。梨山排骨,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃~啲肉排又夠靚,炒出黎好過出面啲生炒骨好多,唔會又乾又硬。四季豆,唔算好特別,同平時係出面食既差唔多,算係中上,唔多油。木耳,涼拌小食之一,等朋友黎既良品。最後仲有個辣子蝦,雖然唔係大陸果啲可以成隻食既河蝦,不過夠香脆,除左個頭可以食隻食,如果你鍾意食蝦頭都可以食埋。今次朋友結婚未擺酒住,純粹請食飯,唔知幾錢,大約人均應該二百幾,次次都叫好多啤酒
