放工後約咗朋友睇燈籠裝飾,順便在灣仔利東街搵嘢食。揀咗間日本天婦羅專門店,午市常常排長龍,今晚第一次幫襯。無論門口同店內裝修都好有日式風格,大大幅櫻花壁畫在門口迎接客人,而廚房就在近門口位置,企理衛生,見着丼飯即叫即整往往來來,未食先興奮。在Menu上簡介了店舖的歷史和用料,原來十分講究,唔怪得成日排長龍。我留意到丼碗花紋好靚兼且做工精緻,原來運用了源自江戶時代的陶瓷工藝佐賀有田燒來製作,碗底部份特意做成空心設計,為更能保持碗中食物的溫度,由外觀到實用性,好有江戶前風味。車海老軟殼蟹天丼除咗主要的車海老、軟殼蟹外,還有小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、莢豌豆、海苔同溫泉蛋半隻,跟噌湯和漬物。軟殼蟹係期間限定,不得不試,果然十分肥美,啖啖肉,醃得好入味。車海老有兩條,好鮮味同好厚身,每件天婦羅都能沾上醬汁。所以不像一般天婦羅脆口,而追求的是每件天婦羅都能適量沾有醬汁。古早秘傳醬汁果然名不虛傳,好有風味。上天丼有白新魚、海老、還有小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、莢豌豆、海苔同溫泉蛋半隻。比起軟殼蟹冇咁重味,感覺清淡一點,不過同樣大大滿足。不得不提杯黑豆茶,我第一次飲,有少少解油膩的感覺。
