一早聽聞呢度有全城數一數二嘅燒鴨瀨粉。今日趁晚上有空檔,不惜坐車親來一試...原來坐落於以前熟悉嘅舊地,想當年跟好友沿着斜路行落去飲茶食tea,好懷念....店子小小,得四至五張枱,大部份似係熟客,見佢哋一行入嚟就跟老闆打招呼,自己走去冰箱攞嘢飲...不怠慢,馬上叫碗鴨脾瀨...一望賣相已知極美味。先喝一口湯,湯底極甜。湯本身已甜,經混和咗D燒鴨汁後,甜上加甜。飲唔出係師傅上身,飲吓飲吓,成碗乾哂...燒鴨雖然係用來貨,但肥瘦得宜,肉地夠實淨;雖唔係新鮮出爐,鴨皮食落仍帶有少許微脆...非常之出色,好想知道佢哋嘅燒鴨嘅來貨係來自邊度...瀨粉就相對地普通,無甚特別...但已經係水準跡近完美嘅鴨脾瀨。忽然想起,若果換轉將太子大記嘅攦粉加入代替,咁就真係perfect嘞...當然唔夠喉,叫多碗淨雲吞。傳統style,細細隻,豬及蝦肉参半,一碗十隻,一個人獨吞,又係食至碗底朝天...好滿足嘅一餐,應承太座下次一定要帶佢試吓...平、靚、正...三個字講晒....
