香港,周圍都有得賣雞蛋仔。但整得好唔好食,就見仁見智。要食到正宗嘅雞蛋仔,就難上加難!正宗嘅雞蛋仔係要半邊殼,半邊軟。呢一個技巧太花功夫,要知間鋪頭做唔做到正宗雞蛋仔,單憑呢點就知道。以前成日喺牛頭角下邨街邊檔買炭燒雞蛋仔食。但自從牛頭角下邨重建,我都已經好耐冇食過正宗嘅雞蛋仔。直至轉左工,去咗港島東區返工,先終於係呢度再食到正宗嘅雞蛋仔。雞蛋仔用嘅材料、工具都非常簡單,但要做到蛋味濃郁、外脆內軟,仲要做到半邊係殻,半邊有蛋,暫時得鴻記做到。點解而定要搵好味既雞蛋仔都咁難⋯
