To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有點名過其實。被阿一呢個名字及米芝蓮餐廳呢個名字吸引慕名而來一試。看見香港餐廳周有午餐套餐每位198便一早訂好了午餐與家人前來一試。避免太多人,我選了他們提供的兩點時段來進餐。一去到餐廳入口,他是與坎公館係同一集團但入口是左右分開的。看見沒有人接待便走入餐廳看看有否其他人可作安排坐位。但入到去只見餐廳職員只是眼看一眼,從冇意識問我們的來意。我只好再出接待處看看。原來接待員是負責兩邊餐廳的接待。我們只好走過隔離炊公館告知我們已訂了位及安排。職員查過記錄後便安排叫另一名職員帶我們入坐。我訂坐時是要求坐近窗邊。相信負責帶我哋入去嘅職員沒有注意呢一點便隨意將我哋安排到一個比較黑暗嘅餐廳角落。我示意看到窗邊有一枱便問可否安排這窗邊的枱。她說沒有枱便走開了。我心有不甘因為2:00客人已經不多,但靠近窗邊的枱只是未清理好枱面便將我們安排在較黑不理想嘅角落。我再問職員,這窗邊枱是沒有人的。她便說未執枱。我說我可以等他清理完我們坐這邊。她很不願意地把枱清理好便讓我們坐下。坐下來之後一系列的餸菜送上。我只想稱得上米芝蓮不是會安排好一點上菜嗎?先來一碗粟米魚肚羹,瘦瘦的叉燒隨上之後馬上放下,燒賣,脆皮牛角及

坐下來之後一系列的餸菜送上。我只想稱得上米芝蓮不是會安排好一點上菜嗎?先來一碗粟米魚肚羹,瘦瘦的叉燒隨上之後馬上放下,燒賣,脆皮牛角及蘿蔔糕。我們三人的餐令枱面變得滿滿。有點催促我們快點吃的感覺。當我吃完了魚肚羹及牛角之後,有一職員說漏送上了辣椒醬沾牛角,當時我想,我已吃完了便只好留給未吃的同行家人吧。

我比較吃得快,職員便馬上再送上今日嘅主菜鮑汁海參扣花菇伴唐生菜!隨即將我吃點心的餐碟取走遞上主菜。但我其他家人還未吃完,該餐廳職員馬上將他們的點心餐碟取走,便放上主菜。我馬上問,他們仍有點心未吃完,為什麼把點心碟取走而把主菜放上?她好像不明我說甚麼,我說是否要把點心放在主菜碟上-齊吃嗎?她便給了三個新小碟我們便走了。

最後送上‘燴飯糊‘及’綠豆沙糊‘!我一看見便馬上問職員你們的燴飯是否一向都是這樣?他說是。我只好無言。

草草吃過後,便馬上買單。以防阻礙他們。他們已馬上收拾枱面,更不小心地把辣椒醬險些倒在我身上。

吃到這裏我心只想到創辦人楊先生去世之後,如果他看到這餐廳由之前嘅米芝蓮變到這服務質素,心理一定難過。

雖然每位以$198招徠並不是很貴,加一及前菜後折實每位$247。但服務質素及食物,我相信在一般酒樓會比他更勝一籌。原本訂了坎公館,慶幸可以馬上取消。

今時今日這樣的服務質素,不吃也罷。
