曾經係某個social media foodie post到見過佢推薦呢間,話係最正宗嘅馬玲薯排骨湯之前經過呢間鋪頭,就算係午飯時間都好,都係人,山人可要排隊,尋晚睇完戲喺尖沙咀9點,突然間諗起都9點啦,應該冇乜人排隊啦啩,就走咗上金巴利道搵下呢間嘢,果然唔使排隊入面大概六成滿坐低咗用枱面個平板點餐,原來唔係好多選擇,我哋兩個人叫咗一個辣味馬鈴薯排骨湯。 二人份要370蚊,另外加咗一份炸餃子,四粒100蚊。嚟韓國餐廳一定會有幾小碟或者泡菜附送,我哋一坐低店員就拎咗碟泡菜放喺枱面,有蘿蔔泡菜幾粒同埋白菜泡菜,蘿蔔泡菜爽脆,但係唔夠入味,個辣白菜泡菜都係唔夠味,可能醃唔夠時間講返主角馬鈴薯排骨湯先,佢滾起之後我哋唔係已經即刻食,因為見佢個薯仔就算滾起咗都唔係好冧,所以我哋係先食咗炸餃子,然後先再食個湯,炸餃子好大一粒,餡料好飽滿,配上個餃子汁幾好食。食完餃子我哋就食個湯,味道令我哋都好失望,因為我哋舊年去咗三次韓國,每一次都有食馬鈴薯排骨湯,呢一間個味道好似唔係好正宗,喺個煲入面搵唔到紫蘇葉又搵唔到菜乾。亦搵唔到蒜頭,同喺韓國食到嘅味道差好遠,連點肉用嘅芥末水都無每枱比?個主食麻麻地,兩個
