To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得那時還是冬天,某個寒冷的周末要到會展辦點事,逛得累了,就來這所會展專屬茶記歇一歇。此店食物的選擇真的多,上至扒餐、小菜,下至粉麵、粥、燒味、焗飯等,都是一應俱全,不過本人是日跟唔太都不太餓,所以最後就只每人一杯飲品,再一個包兩份吃好了。點了個平凡中見不平凡的咖椰菠蘿包,這個菠蘿包的外皮龜裂得不太強,也許應該說,實在是太稀少,是臭粉下得太少了嗎?吃起來明顯不夠香脆,變成有點點墨西哥包,不過牛油及蛋味也足,包身都幾鬆軟。內部的餡又如何,那個所謂咖椰餡,根本完全不似一般咖椰多士那種味道,斑蘭味道等於零,這堆疑似奶黃的東西,吃起來尚算有點蛋香的,就當它真的是個奶黃菠蘿包吃好了。本人依舊要喝奶茶,此店用的是一隻金屬杯,可謂是眾杯之中,最差的選擇,因為傳熱太快,所以很快就散走掉茶身的熱,先來嗅一下,想感受一點茶香的我有點失望,而奶香也沒什,茶身尚算有點稠,但明顯是不夠滑,而本人最注重的茶味,也真的是挺薄,入口沒有了奶茶為大家帶來的一份甘香。唔太要了杯熱薑蜜暖身,用匙羹舀一舀,有零星的薑片,不過薑味真的很薄,丁點也不辣,只能為舌頭帶來擦身而過的辛辣感,而所謂的蜜糖其實都是菜蜜之流,沒太多蜜糖的香

唔太要了杯熱薑蜜暖身,用匙羹舀一舀,有零星的薑片,不過薑味真的很薄,丁點也不辣,只能為舌頭帶來擦身而過的辛辣感,而所謂的蜜糖其實都是菜蜜之流,沒太多蜜糖的香味,但不得不讚一點,就是店家用的菜蜜,沒有了平常菜蜜那種猶如西洋菜的味道,於我而言,是不幸中之大幸。

一個包一口茶的時間已過,又要繼續努力了。
