To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依間野生存到咁耐仲有咁多間分店真係神奇。話澳牛服務差果啲一定冇食過湯加魚米。啲侍應態度衰到我懷疑係咪同個老闆有仇，繁忙時間你人少做唔切我明，好多餐廳都係咁，但寸到應都唔應你，就真係第一次見。最屈機係埋單果時，個侍應話淨係識收現金，要等另一位同事先可以收八達通或支付寶。再強調，唔係唔收，係佢唔識。收銀都唔識依間野個老闆真係開善堂。不過坦白講嘢食又唔太差，廚房果班係正常，不過管理同服務就真係不知所謂。
