To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係一個不折不扣嘅港女，如果公仔麵同意粉之間，我會揀公仔麵；如果港式多士同西式酸包之間，我一定會揀多士🤭 但我又鍾意飲 cafe 咖啡🙃 所以呢個 "fusion" 完完全全適合我🥰沙嗲牛當然係食公仔麵嘅最佳配搭，呢份太陽蛋沙嗲牛撈麵，麵質好爽，沙嗲汁嘅稀稠剛好，而且有蘑菇襯托，相當滋味😋 (順帶一提，我點嘅係檸啡，比例恰好唔苦澀，仲帶啲回甘，高質👍🏻)三扒兩撥將撈麵食晒之後，雖然飽左，但感覺仲爭啲野咁 ... 喺呢個時候我嘅目光停左喺「精美甜品」餐牌上嘅「流心焦糖蛋撻」🤩但又怕食唔晒，於是問店員蛋撻 size，佢話：「一定食得晒！你食完個麵都過左一陣啦！」好啦咁就吃啦 .... 完全係正確嘅決定！酥皮極鬆脆，撻內嘅焦糖流心但唔會過甜，超好味😋😋！埋單時店員再次問我：「拿，個撻係咪食得晒呀？」，我笑住話：「係，因為真係好好味😂」呢間 Fusion 必會回訪☺️！到訪當日播嘅差唔多都係國語歌😅希望下次再來嘅時候可以聽到廣東歌❤️

三扒兩撥將撈麵食晒之後，雖然飽左，但感覺仲爭啲野咁 ... 喺呢個時候我嘅目光停左喺「精美甜品」餐牌上嘅「流心焦糖蛋撻」🤩但又怕食唔晒，於是問店員蛋撻 size，佢話：「一定食得晒！你食完個麵都過左一陣啦！」好啦咁就吃啦 .... 完全係正確嘅決定！酥皮極鬆脆，撻內嘅焦糖流心但唔會過甜，超好味😋😋！
