To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間店係咪唔想做生意?

職員放低左餐牌之後, 鋪面無人落單, 收銀位置一個聽講電話收錢, 另一個職員入埋去, 嗌落單, 完全無人理d客, 我同旁邊個台客分別坐喺度等左5分鐘同3分鐘。後來個收銀走左出黎, 隔離台個客同佢講落單, 佢應左聲又行開左, 你唔得閒又無叫其他人過黎幫手落單, 係咪想食客同廚房心靈感應? 之後剛才提名入左收銀的另一個職員, 行出黎又走左去, 即刻叫住佢, 似乎好唔情願咁落單, 呢間分店其實係咪未出糧? Btw呢間分店聽得最多個句係: 自己落單係咪? 唔使好好招呼, 但咁ge境況, 難怪咁多人北上, 正常招呼食客咁困難咩? 最後, 間店的燈掛到低過客人身高想點, 係咪要啲客彎腰出入?
