原本諗住叫個泰式炒牛河(見隔離枱嗰碟粉得好靚咁),落單時經理推介我食馬拉盞炒牛肉粉皮,佢話成個元朗冇人夠膽炒粉皮,因為太易痴底好考師傅功力,見佢講到咁勁即管試下,一上枱見牛肉份量都唔少,食落味道剛好不太濃味也不太淡味,而牛肉亦很大片同份量多,而牛肉冇用鬆肉粉乸到啲肉腍晒,個粉皮炒到好分明,冇痴住一堆又唔會太多油,師傅功力真係堅抽勁,經理果然好介紹 ^ ^ 😋😀👍👍再飲啖凍檸檬茶,可惜太甜了而檸檬不是新鮮切,所以好一般。
