Restaurant: Tsui Hang Village (New World Tower)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日食brunch喺好寫意嘅。有時間可以晏啲起身,滋滋油油咁食兩餐撈埋一餐,又自在又減肥(其實有啲自欺欺人,一餐食多咗咪一鬼樣)。如果選港人最最受歡迎嘅Sunday brunch,非飲茶莫屬!但揀茶樓好考起,間間出品都差唔多(由工房統一生產),仲話唔定由祖國入貨,“即叫即篜”!好嘅點心師父又自己開檔(有啲仲攞埋星!)。有信心嘅茶樓已經買少見少。翠亨邨喺老子號。我耐唔耐都有幫襯。飲茶最頭痛就喺人少。每樣點心想食少少,但一籠有三、四件。兩公婆一人一件,剩返嘅梗喺我哽。。。今日點咗叉燒腸粉、叉燒飽、白玉四寶扎、蘿蔔絲酥餅、鳳爪、馬拉糕、魚茸藕餅。腸粉皮唔夠薄,叉燒飽也是。比較失望。四寶扎箅不錯,有厚菇和大片魚肚、可惜火腿冇乜味。鳳爪也不過不失,算中上之作(如不怕味精的話)。最好嘅係馬拉糕-古法做,有糖香味!蘿蔔絲酥餅香口,饀熱蘿蔔軟。藕餅煎得微脆,加馬碲,都算未全軍覆沒。值得贊嘅喺佢嘅服務水平高,d阿姐態度好,面帶笑容親切。有時食嘢除咗味道,食得悠閒舒服,好好咁嘆下週日。唔駛趕喉趕命,一樂也!
