To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入呢間小店，豔陽下有種市井小民嘅熱鬧。今日食嘅係三寶—蟹肉粥、煎蠔餅同鮮蝦腸粉。揸筷一試，心頭小日子嘅感覺湧上心頭！蟹肉粥流溜溜嘅，每一啖都食到蟹肉的鮮香，口口生津；煎蠔餅外層香脆得嚟，打邊爐一樣，入面嘅蠔鮮味道貼切得滯，真係正！腸粉啲皮吹張口氣都見得散，咬落去嘅時候，滑溜溜嘅口感同鮮蝦嘅騷味，啱晒口味！甜品份嘅豆腐花細細一碗，鲜滑得來又唔會太甜膩; 當冰凍嘅豆腐花入口即融，平民味道，心靈滿足。🥣🦪🍤 如果你鍾意嘅話，這間絕對可以點多幾碗，夾唔倒辛苦錢，每一啖都係尋常百姓嘅家常味。試過，必定令你回味無窮！
