To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友，今日我帶大家去宜家食番晏😉！話說，宜家嗰啲瑞典肉丸，真係勁！肉丸嫩滑得滯，啖啖肉嘅口感，啖啖正😍。佢啲薯蓉同紅果醬配搭得咁得意，令人一啖接一啖！跟手，竟然還有$10嗰套餐呢，兩隻熱狗加汽水，價廉物美到令人心情大好🤩！話說回頭，我又發現咗新菜—半隻龍蝦！瞓身質同樣過得去，有啲鹹，但啱啱好撩起我嘅食慾。佢嗰焗薯，肚餓時正好填滿肚子，仲有小份同大份揀，食落一啲唔悶。喂，我仲要提提你啲三文魚啊，煎得金黃，香噴噴。雖然啲乾，但味道無得輸呀！嗰酥皮湯，香脆得嚟，湯底實在味美😋。結尾，點甜品必須㗎啦，朱古力心太軟外殼下，其實有驚喜！同雜莓忌廉一齊食，酸酸甜甜，一啖嘅幸福！🧁真係，宜家食嘢，仲有榴槤雪糕㖭！榴槤控嘅我，當然揀咗杯裝。榴槤雪糕同榴槤肉嘅搭檔，香氣撲鼻，美味爆燈！💡對榴槤愛好者真係不可錯過🍦。整體嚟講，宜家嘅食物質素同價錢真係抵銷，完全啱我呢啲唔想太凹嘅食客。下次再見，保證我仲會返嚟！👍🏼
