To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到這家店啦，咋舌美味等緊我。頭盤就點咗燒乳鴿，鴿皮香脆得嚟唔油膩，肉嘅鮮美滲透每一啖，仲有嗰股迷人嘅燒烤味，好吸引！😍之後試咗鐵板白胡椒煎焗魚卜，白胡椒嘅辣香嗆鼻，魚卜外脆內嫩，同鐵板上嗰陣陣煙霧夾埋起嚟，味道層次豐富得嚟又惹味。小炒重真係一試難忘，韭菜、腰果嘅香氣，蝦乾帶嘅鹹香，再加上芋頭絲嗰份脆口，食落去夠晒响口，簡直係想大叫："太正喇！"👍最後一大炮—鐵板蒜香牛柳粒，每一粒牛肉都係咁嘅美妙，外面微焦嘅香味，肉汁豐富，蒜香撲鼻。肉質鮮美到連話都唔想講，只想專心品嚐。😋今晚食得好滿足，這家店嘅每一味都勁到喊，信手拈來都係珍珠！开心到想同友啲拍背嚟表示佢哋一定都要試吓！
