To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喂各位食友，講到蘭桂坊有間日式老字號餐廳，有機會嘅話，真係要試吓！首先，就點咗個香辣金䱽魚腩他他，夠晒震撼，魚腩嘅滑溜溜加上種辣，一啖生菜包裹，味道豐富得嚟、爆炸得滯！🌶行到壽司卷，蘭桂坊卷出場，真係長長一捧，龍蝦彈牙嘅程度正到不得了，吞拿魚嘅油香對我嚟講，滋味百分百。咬落去，唔講都知，到底有幾嘢皮！🦞軟殼蟹牛油果卷，你講呢個，軟殼蟹炸到香脆嘅聲音都聽到，跟住啖牛油果，滑溜又幼嫩，啖啖肉感，超滿足！嗌完壽司，揀炙燒盛合，一盤有八件嘅壽司拼盤，鮮味、香味、油味全都啱啱好，打卡一流，食開日本菜嘅朋友應該一試難忘。🍣最後，西京燒鱸魚又唔錯，就係啲醬油味道算係夠曬，一口魚肉，溶係口邊。羊扒就真係吃肉一族嘅最愛，外脆內腍嘅薯波，加埋香香嘅羊肉，真係絕配！😍總括來講，呢度食物質素一流，百吃不厭。咁有格調嘅食物，價錢都算係值得啦。下次拉埋班朋友，再黎轉轉！🥢
