To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次我去咗間同餃子有段不解之緣嘅店，期待心情好似打開禮物盒咁，滿滿嘅期待！首先登場嘅係鮮魚湯韭菜鮮豬肉餃，真係餃中霸王，一啖咬落去，豬肉滋味爆棚，韭菜嘅清香味打圈圈，湯底同樣唔示弱，鮮而不膩，帶點微妙的甘香。換轉個角度嚟個魚蛋，講真，四粒就算少少奢侈，不過每粒彈牙嘅口感，就連想起都仲覺得饞涎欲滴，滑溜溜嘅表面，一咬落去真係彈性十足。當然唔少得個自選三餸一麵，粟米香菇豬肉餃中間透着自家風味，菜心水餃清新得嚟又涮口，個蝦球更加曬唔使多講，新鮮同爽口度簡直係拍住上嚟嘅。撈麵部分，XO醬香辣帶勁，和融入鮮脆蝦球就由你話事！最尾匙，一啖骨膠原鮮魚湯嘅營養滿分，鮮蝦菠菜餃咬落瞬間，蝦子嘅鮮味同菠菜嘅鮮甜糅合得剛剛好，而杯裝茶飲為呢頓饗宴畫上完美句號，滋味滿分！總結成句嘅話，就係呢度食物真係咁好食得滯，滿載回憶走出門口，熱辣辣嘅幸福感覺在心頭散播。🍵🥟🍜
