To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 圍著吧檯，見到師傅快手快腳地準備我的「雜錦三文魚飯」，每一塊三文魚厚實得滑唔甩手👌。戴上一片放入口中，粒粒飯珠吸足醬汁，噴香之餘帶點微微的甜意，三文魚就更鮮美、咸香，簡直係夢幻組合！輕輕一咬，已經完美地俘虜咗我嘅胃。日式沙律來個健康平衡，清新爽口，真係開胃。其他嘅手卷、便當都不遠千里嚟挑戰我嘅味蕾。三文魚蛋青瓜蟹柳手卷🍣，混合咗爽滑嘅口感同清新嘅口味，好正！炸蝦手卷🍤裡外滴滿咗海鮮鮮香，食得我手停口唔停。焗三文魚扒便當🍱嘅魚扒焗得啱啱好，滿足感破表。呢間店真係深得我心，唔使太多花哨嘅技巧，就用最直接嘅方式帶出普通食材嘅精髓。食物質素始終如一，每次食都有新驚喜。飽嘅同時，心情都好好👍。
