巧興奮!巧興奮!巧興奮! (重要事情要講3次)🌻生平第一次食Omakase!黑木嘅門口係走簡約和風路線,價錢都幾親民,所以決定豪一次叫左最貴個set廚師發辦一切只由廚師話事,今晚個胃就交比佢喇!😇撲鼻而來嘅串燒香氣真係令人食指大動!前菜有日本野必食嘅醋醃漬,醃漬青瓜同牛蒡都好醒胃成日係日本見到”燒鳥”姐係燒雞咁解,今晚真係好似食左人成家咁😂由雞頸肉食到雞尾,我特別欣賞餐廳特制嘅溫泉蛋雞軟骨串,咬落去肉質細嫩,口感軟腍,係意想不到合拍嘅組合!另一道燒白鱔都好有驚喜,外皮燒得焦香略脆,鹹香十足,但白鱔嘅肉依然嫩滑,到家下依然回味無窮安格斯牛小排又係要俾個Like! 佢嘅肉汁非常juicy,鹹香惹味,鮮嫩嘅肉同脂肪比例真係不得了🤙🏻🤙🏻梅子雞係我另一推介,肉質柔軟、油份重,掃上特制醬油,香口惹味🤤男朋友最愛嘅燒飯糰都無令佢失望,而且紫菜無因為吸收飯粒嘅水份而淋左,非常脆口惹味串燒,仲有多款日式料理,美酒美食絕對係同fd子理想聚腳地!今晚之後真係好似黎左一場味遊日本嘅旅程!
