To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

適逢路經大圍，又好耐都冇食過，就再嚟食下紅薯粉，因為以前食係覺得好好食叫咗唔辣小鍋紅薯粉加三個餸，食咗頭幾啖已經十分失望，逐樣講下湯底：我揀咗唔辣，但湯底同以前相比淡咗好多，亦冇酸味多芽菜同多酸菜：嚟到變咗少芽菜同少酸菜，成碗嘢好淡紅薯粉：叫咗爽啲，但嚟到係偏淋嘅三餸：中規中矩價錢：星期六日喺3點呢啲下午茶時段係冇下午茶嘅，要收正價。如果呢碗嘢加杯凍飲要$70咁我就覺得偏貴喇應該唔會再有下次，從此被剔出我嘅大圍must try list
