以前係呢區生活,波記簡直係我既飯堂 之後搬走左,波記又唔開公眾假期,所以都差唔多成年無食過波記,最近終於又再食到喇同行朋友叫左燒鵝瀨加底,我就叫左叉燒油雞瀨加底之後都幾大碗 師傅仲要俾左鵝脾我地,賺曬我食左一舊鵝,塊皮燒得好靚無加底既瀨粉係用瓷碗裝,同以前一樣好多人都話黎食波記一定要試佢既燒鵝,但我覺得波記既叉燒更加令我記掛住 波記既叉燒肥瘦比例啱啱好,舖係叉燒面既蜜汁唔係死甜,滲左入叉燒肉入面入味得黎令到叉燒肉更加淋身,真係好正
