To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

皮蛋酸薑 : 皮蛋只是切為二份唔夠細心, 應該一開四黃金豆付粒 : 微辣香口鬼馬牛肉 : 即是油炸鬼, 馬蹄和牛肉, 只是油炸鬼被豉油浸得偏咸, 馬蹄和牛肉的味道都ok, 牛肉有咬口得來又唔會'un' , 但份量唔多咕嚕柚子蝦頭 : 應該是酸酸甜甜的開胃菜, 有新意是加入柚子汁在甜酸汁裏面, 但可惜柚子帶苦令到獻汁失色水晶粉皮雞 - 是雪藏雞, 完全冇味,勁差xo 醬翠肉瓜炒螺肉 和 楊枝甘露 - 沒甚特別海味雜菜煲 : 料算豐富但湯底偏咸法式焦糖燉蛋 : 好味 蛋味和甜味調得適中服務唔錯, 但自己最失敗之處是冇在網頁內印張優惠券 用$1 食水晶粉皮雞
