To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公見我面有菜色拉我今晚來這吃晚餐其實開在全港最高建築裡價錢是不可能太低加上內部也沒有太多餐廳根本就不缺客人就當作有80%的價格是付給租金跟裝潢了吧~~兩個食肉獸叫了三個菜,兩個甜品---燒鵝:味道淡淡的肥瘦相當日式豆醬燒羊扒:這個好味,羊肉超嫩,完全沒腥味,但是四小支就要價$280實在貴了點鹽焗雞:跟燒鵝一樣也不是難吃不過不失但沒有令人驚艷的感覺綠茶芒果糯米茲: 外皮不夠Q,但內餡的芒果還不錯最開心的是外表沒沾椰子粉酥炸馬蹄條: 有點油不太甜, 但也是麻麻地總之來這吃飯除非是圖個方便,或是宴客否則大可不必專程來試總額$7XX, 當然老公付....

根本就不缺客人
就當作有80%的價格是付給租金跟裝潢了吧~~

兩個食肉獸叫了三個菜,兩個甜品---
燒鵝:味道淡淡的肥瘦相當
日式豆醬燒羊扒:這個好味,羊肉超嫩,完全沒腥味,但是四小支就要價$280實在貴了點
鹽焗雞:跟燒鵝一樣也不是難吃不過不失但沒有令人驚艷的感覺
綠茶芒果糯米茲: 外皮不夠Q,但內餡的芒果還不錯最開心的是外表沒沾椰子粉
酥炸馬蹄條: 有點油不太甜, 但也是麻麻地

總之來這吃飯除非是圖個方便,或是宴客
否則大可不必專程來試
