To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋去到天水圍探朋友,因為老人家比較多所以我哋去咗酒樓食飯,一家大小都啱食!初頭見到食評咁差都有卻步,但因為想坐得舒服啲嘅關係就試吓啦!唔知係好彩定係咩,食完之後我整體嘅感覺都非常之好,決定寫一篇幫佢大平反一下!酒樓就係商場嘅一角。晚飯時間已經坐滿左人,唔少人都係預訂枱來。初頭以為集團式都好貴,點知原來勁多燉蛋小菜燒味等,全部都一百幾十好抵食!其實仲有好多好抵食嘅選擇,影唔晒要咗個晚飯孖寶,燉湯加琵琶豆腐只係148。原本係配魚湯,我哋加左$40,要咗螺頭燉湯。材料十足!而且一啲都唔油膩!入邊有大量嘅姫蟲茸同埋螺頭豬展等材料。啖湯真係好甜,飲完唔口渴。我哋四個人,每人分到兩至三碗。呢個就係燉湯孖寶,職員將湯分好之後將材料放上碟。勁大碟!下方就係琵琶豆腐,熱辣辣,豆腐混上魚肉碎好鮮甜。另一個晚飯孖寶就係龍蝦伊面配燒味。我哋揀咗用芝士焗伊麵。芝士份量好多而且芝士味好濃郁,每一條伊面都掛上芝士。龍蝦肉都好多!彈牙!絕冇將價就貨。龍蝦伊面孖寶嘅燒味我哋揀咗配乳鴿。兩樣夾埋只係$238!乳鴿唔係太大隻所以肉好嫩!乳鴿唔需要額外再點淮鹽或者係喼汁已經好入味。不錯!另外仲叫咗片皮鴨,只售$148!職員

食飯點少得要叫返個菜平衡一下。我哋清清地叫咗上湯蝦干雜菜煲。蝦乾都好大隻, 而且富有蝦嘅鮮味。湯底清甜,仲有我好鍾意嘅腐竹同雲耳,夠晒健康!

呢度晚飯嘅甜品仲好抵食!呢個燉雙皮奶只係$10.8!係即叫即整,要預早20分鐘order。黎都仲係有保鮮紙包住。好滑,奶味濃郁!

食過今餐晚飯後,我覺得食物嘅質素好好。唔明白點解之前咁多負評!值得一提係呢度嘅服務質素都好好。有安排入座、到坐低點嘢食、到埋單,店員反應都好迅速,而且笑容可恭,中間仲不停主動幫我地換碟。綜合食物嘅質素價錢同埋服務我都好滿意。希望可以keep到水準,媽媽仲準備母親節話來食多次飯。
