早幾天聽2位朋友介紹呢間店舖,說味道不錯。睇下地點,原來係新世紀廣場,幾方便。於是約為食既家人一齊去食晚餐。早一天係 openrice 訂位,享有餐牌主食9折。當天去到不算多人 (對比隔離北京樓),入面少了一點喧嘩,燈光不是太刺眼,反而是一個不錯的用餐環境。店員服務態度夠勤快,禮貌也不錯,讚!之前無睇到有乜signature food,所以隨心挑了幾道菜:1. 杏汁燉白肺湯($378):我好鍾意飲呢款湯,這間店的杏汁夠香,5假,一窩都分到7碗,好味~2. 脆皮吊燒雞(半隻,$308):部長話係signature food,又真係無介紹錯。皮脆肉滑,夠入味~3. 蜜瓜脆奶($188):同其他店舖整得差不多,外皮炸粉5會厚實,都算薄皮4. 蒜泥白肉($128):佢個蒜泥好得意,5會係太蒜味,搞到開口有異味。仲有佢既泥感真係幾泥吓,撈埋白肉一齊食,同平時食既感覺係5同,幾得意~5. 脆皮血旺($118):原來係鴨血切小粒,然後炸,好似椒鹽豆腐咁。我覺得無乜特別,可以5叫6. 香油萵筍絲($98):係一道好普通既炒菜,只係切得好幼,加上香油炒炒,幾爽口~7. 話梅淮山($88):酸酸甜甜,好開

8. 焗魚腸($198):我覺得口感實咗d,5係太多魚腸,反而覺得多肉碎。暫時仍未吃到一間,能找回小時候的食感

9. 生啫鱔球煲($288):呢個有驚喜,d鱔球真係好滑,加上係啫啫煲,好鬼香,正~

10. 懷舊咕嚕肉($198):酸甜適中,d 肉5會走油走到好實,都ok

11. 棗皇千層糕($58):麻麻,無乜棗味

12. 生磨芝麻卷($58):不過不失

呢度係適合聚餐,但價錢同份量不成正比,如果是食力勁既人,應該要再轉場
