To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇食酸菜魚，突然好想食😳呢間有酸菜魚食之餘，其他主食同小食都好好食😋而且份量大份，兩個人食到好滿足🤰🏻餐廳環境不算大，坐得舒服👍🏻._.🐟｜招牌酸菜魚(2人份）｜🐟大大盆咁上枱，魚肉嘅數量多，算係冇乜骨啖啖肉，好濃味，少少辣度，裏面嘅配菜都好多，非常惹味💕·🦐｜香辣海鮮粉絲煲｜🦐呢個大大份，粉絲味道超好食，好有驚喜，粉絲好食到就咁食都唔覺得dry，而且每條粉絲都炒得好入味💖海蝦有成四隻，剝左殼，方便食👍🏻·🦪｜避風塘生蠔｜🦪生蠔又係大大隻，炸到金黃色，外皮香脆，滿滿嘅避風塘香味，而入面吧生蠔新鮮😝好食._.
