To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 木兆小品@荃灣平時成日黎荃灣西搵野食,荃灣廣場就係其中一個我經常黎既地方。最近係元氣壽司附近開左兩間新餐廳,身為吃貨既我,當然要去試一試!所以今日就黎左木兆小品啦首先講下豉汁拍蒜蒸鯇魚配白飯,佢D鯇魚都算新鮮,而且份量都幾足,配上有蒜味既豉汁真係一流。佢既白飯都煮得唔錯,粒粒分明,而且份量同樣係好足。平時係餐廳好少有平價魚食,今次終於比我搵到啦。相信之後想平平地食魚都會黎呢到食。唯一美中不足係上菜時間比較耐,我地第二樣餸差唔多食完先上到菜。星洲炒米係我地叫既第二樣餸。廚師炒得都OK,唔會太乾唔會太濕,配料份量都合理。味道都OK,唔會太辣或者太鹹。不過整體而言,都係普普通通,下次黎應該就唔會叫呢份,會試下第二D野食。餐廳環境一般,主要係同隔離檯太近,變相冇私隱;同埋隔離檯講野好大聲,都幾嘈。如果係想約朋友
