To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友兜兜轉轉,終於落腳喺呢間畀人讚口不絕嘅和風火鍋店,呢一晚嘅味蕾旅程真係非一般!🤤 先講佢哋嘅佐賀和牛,嘩,講真,每一片嘅薄切肉入口即溶,肉香配上脂肪嘅滑潤,真係口感一流。😌但轉頭睇埋美國和牛肩脊肉,同場加碼嘅丹麥豚梅肉,肩脊肉滋味十足,豚梅就略薄於期望,肥瘦比例唔太均勻。海鮮方面,啲帶子同白蜆明顯就差咗啲火候,唔夠新鮮,俾佢嘅烏冬同全家福野菜拋離幾條街。🍜講下湯底,熊仔湯底唔單止Q萌討喜,連我呢個唔太注重顏值嘅食客都要讚一讚。酒酸湯底有個性,不過真心建議試吓相比之下更藥膳香濃嘅選擇。至於配料,啲野菜我喺有限嘅格調中,都嗅到少少自然矜貴嘅氣息,簡直係蟹柳同福袋嘅尊貴表親。總結呢次食味之旅,一句話—質素高,量略嫌不足。🍲 肉質無得較,新鮮蔬菜打得過某啲江湖老店,如果唔係太計較份量同層次,嚟呢度瞓一瞓,品嚐下佢哋嘅多款肉類同特色湯底,確係一場味覺同視覺嘅雙重盛宴。
