To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行6人提前做冬,6點開餐,限90分鐘。食物水準無驚喜,因食過幾次,反而有點下降普寧炸豆腐無味,淡淡淡。鹵水拼盤啲豆腐,咸咸咸。其他就一般般但服務就真係垃圾到無輪每次見有客,個個胖經理就不停大大聲講,限時個半鐘,乜而家好多客咩?用餐時,我隻手[浪]喺張吉櫈度,有個四眼阿叔無聲無息咁,忽然抽走我張櫈,令我呆一呆於是向胖經理投訴,點知佢就皮笑肉不笑咁‘‘多謝教導,我會同佢講架啦!’,令人驚訝可以假成咁。唔怪得啲人都上晒大陸,香港啲食店貴又難食仲要受氣,咁點解要幫襯?希望呢間早啲執成晚聽得最多係‘‘同佢講得個半鐘用餐’’賣單走人時,成間鋪得7成滿,貪心想做多幾輪,做到兩輪當你贏
