To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小O見到有好多人食鐵板餐, 重有隻煎蛋添, 小O立刻笑騎騎, 吞口水示意要買 這是鐵板吉列豬扒煎蛋飯(黑椒汁) $32 連凍檸茶1杯‧‧‧等咗15分鐘左右就有得食, 隻蛋唔似煎過, 只係就咁打落鐵板到, 咁已经唔太有滋味還要没有蛋味；吉列豬扒太薄也太瘦, 炸到乾乾的, 口感就一點也不juicy兼且肉味欠奉, 大家試想想炸到乾晒再放在鐵板上就一定柴皮, OMG 飯較硬身唔啱小朋友胃口, 黑椒汁連大人都覺得得個辣字又唔香。唔知點解咁多人食嘅!!!
