To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 0個日原本同男朋友有d 事做,但係最後都冇做,而且我又要返工,所以就去咗荃灣大家樂食飯。我以為趕唔切上車,所以我叫咗普通既飯餐,我男朋友就叫咗和風紙上燒----牛。因為我地第一次食,所以都有問0個度d 姐姐,佢地話首先要燒咗肉先,有d 油先至燒其他,咁樣冇咁易燶,咁我地首先燒咗d 牛先。感覺同韓燒不同,韓燒就算你放咗幾多油都會好易燶,但係呢個我燒到尾只係有少少微燶。跟住我地炒埋菜同飯(因為男朋友想食飯,所以冇揀烏冬),我地撈埋d 汁一齊炒,好食。只係份量比較少,連男朋友咁細食都覺得唔夠食……
