To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚餐又黎到大家樂,今日唔想据扒,所以選擇左食大家樂既咖哩牛坑腩飯。個咖哩牛坑腩飯勁香,D咖哩汁既辣度適中唔會太辣但又好夠味。而且咖哩汁既份量都好多,夠埋撈飯食。呢個餐既牛坑腩份量都好多,唔會話多多雜菜少少肉咁,而且仲有兩舊馬玲薯,馬玲薯配咖哩既味道係好夾。個咖哩汁其實拍得住印度既原味,除左唔會太辣之外,食落仲有輕輕既椰油味,而佢又唔會好似其他茶餐廳咁D咖哩汁稀到似水咁,佢都好杰身,但又唔會杰到入口就漿住個口。
