To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一想起要食咖哩,就會枇到來重慶大廈。這裡的咖哩餐廳選擇令人眼花撩亂,在我們毫無準備之下,來了這間皇宮印度咖哩。推門而入,已有不少人在進餐了。由於我食咖喱的目的只有一個,就是要食印度薄餅,所以我們點了咖哩角、馬莎拉燴雞、原味naan、蒜味naan和mango lassi。咖哩角︰有別於港式的咖哩角,皮厚厚的,但太多油份了,未食墊底紙已滿載一大灘油。辣度正常,可是我食了一隻就沒有興趣再食了。馬莎拉燴雞︰汁比較少,不太辣,但食到很濃郁的香料味。雞肉也夠滑。我覺得原味和蒜味的naan好像分別不大嘛,就是覺得蒜味的有多一點油在面。飲品mango lassi是芒果味的乳酸,用來解辣一流。味道不是太驚人,下次要做來準備去另一間試試。
