呢頭係工廠區,幾乎冇好食又好坐的餐廳。好消息好消息!最近終於新開左一間。餐廳有少少工業風,有木、鏡、灰同黃色做主題,好fresh 好young!事不宜遲,打開menu睇睇先。連本menu個設計都好精緻、入面啲圖片好靚呀。西餐的代表不得不講呢個燒豬鞍伴蘋果醬!份量好大,幾個好朋友share 就最適合不過。我未見過豬肉居然可以咁soft咁多汁,完全唔洗靠其他調味料都可以好好味。師傅配的蘋果醬都好創新,酸酸地、果香同肉味好match,更加帶出豬的香濃。至於中式當然係點心啦,雖然只有5、6款,但款款都幾有水準bo!小龍包上枱時熱辣辣,皮超薄,但夾起又唔會散。咬落湯汁真係充滿陣陣的龍蝦味,真材實料呢。番茄牛肉窩貼都唔錯,有少少唔夠脆,但充滿番茄味,如果可以食到粒粒番茄肉較佳。蔥油餅個presentation超新穎,係圓波波黎唔係一塊塊。食落相當驚喜,肉碎同蔥好香,加埋喺酥皮面的芝麻,好有傳統蔥油餅的優點、但又減少了「痴牙」同「油淋淋」的缺點。之後個all day breakfast 真係好抵食呀,仲配搭個魚湯米線,真係夠曬fusion!黑松露炒蛋好濕潤,啲炒菇菇好入味。我尤其鐘意個牛角包,因為好

架!!!好味到差啲飲曬,鮮味太鮮太突出了。湯有少少胡椒味,中和返同減低魚湯的腥味。
