To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 工作後正好6點鐘,想吃下午茶但這個時間很尷尬,這間餐廳竟然去到下午6點半先完下午茶。叫了海鮮炒烏冬,凍檸茶,$45+3。 OK la價錢。先來凍檸茶,普普通通沒什茶味。主角來了,海鮮很足料,青口也給了一隻但足絲冇清到,有好多隻蝦仁, 魷魚等。好足料呀!但。。。。。首先睇個色就知出事,偏淺色,結果真係冇乜味d烏冬,海鮮都係冇乜味,成個炒烏冬真係冇乜味。其實而個情況我發現係超級常見,係一睇個色就知出事,咁對於我一個非專業廚師都知既人,點解咁多師傅都可以照樣比而個色水既炒烏冬,炒乜炒乜出去比客人?可想而知一間賺到錢既餐廳真係如我經常所說:其實只要有裝修,味道唔洗驚為天人,只需比正常好一點!真係一點點就夠哂!$48 絕對唔貴,但唔係等於要食一個比正常還差的質素。

先來凍檸茶,普普通通沒什茶味。


主角來了,海鮮很足料,青口也給了一隻但足絲冇清到,有好多隻蝦仁, 魷魚等。好足料呀!但。。。。。


首先睇個色就知出事,偏淺色,結果真係冇乜味d烏冬,海鮮都係冇乜味,成個炒烏冬真係冇乜味。


其實而個情況我發現係超級常見,係一睇個色就知出事,咁對於我一個非專業廚師都知既人,點解咁多師傅都可以照樣比而個色水既炒烏冬,炒乜炒乜出去比客人?


可想而知一間賺到錢既餐廳真係如我經常所說:


其實只要有裝修,味道唔洗驚為天人,只需比正常好一點!真係一點點就夠哂!


$48 絕對唔貴,但唔係等於要食一個比正常還差的質素。
