To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 23/11晚上和媽媽到石硤尾稻香吃晚餐,點了羊腩煲,蔬菜籃,乳鴿2隻和一條小沙巴龍疋.先上兩隻乳鴿,夠熱還不錯!到上羊腩煲了,媽媽夾了一塊,表示完全咬不開,未炆好就出餐咁!我找了部長,問係咪要上枱炆多一粒鐘先食得?部長話正常會淋,即時食得,我就叫部長夾舊食下先!部長馬上驚青走咗,我又叫返部長返嚟,問佢點解釋,部長話攞d湯出嚟俾我哋自己試下忟,我唯有試下啦,結果,當然吃完成餐飯,到埋單d羊腩都係未忟好啦!部長仲收返我哋外賣盒膠袋錢,要我哋打包返去再忟下先添🥵⋯⋯然後去廁所經過其他枱,發現好多人都有點羊腩煲,仲枱枱在枱炆炆下,有得睇,冇得食!
