To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 心血來潮,下午1點30左右,walkin 就即刻有位,餐廳大約8至9成滿。午餐叫咗「韓式芝麻燒汁焗雞扒飯」和「韓式牛肉野菜炒粉絲」,一杯熱朱古力,一杯凍檸茶。雖然好肚餓,但係個焗雞扒飯鹹到食咗1/3就唔想再食。 買相其實算幾好,份量亦好足。 個飯底冇味,D飯係冇飯香。 芝士焗得唔差。 雞扒係炸雞,皮脆但肉韌,皮和肉都勁鹹。 個燒汁又係勁鹹!炒粉絲就唔夠乾身,濕到黏糊糊的。 牛肉好散好碎。檸茶係無檸檬片,用檸汁。
