To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

10點幾睇完戲見佢未閂，價錢又唔太貴，所以去咗食，點知中大伏……… 啲嘢食勁咸，嗌咗個鰻魚飯，條魚有少少腥味，啲汁勁咸，食咗一半就停咗手。塊西冷係茶餐廳質素，又薄又多筋……..鹽燒鯖魚係硬掘掘，啲肉又散，又梅…… 茄子薯蓉啲薯蓉有勁大浸臭草青味…….最過份係漢堡問咗佢漢堡入面有冇洋蔥先嗌，佢話冇，點知一上菜就勁大浸洋蔥味，仲明顯見到洋蔥粒釀咗喺漢堡入面誠信破產結論就係性價比極低！！價錢平但係質素差！！
