今日系土瓜灣附近做野,咁啱之前聽朋友講過呢度有間日本料理好正,一於就行過去試下。海萄葡沙律份量十足,海萄葡咬落口清甜多汁,沙律菜又好新鮮,菜咬落好爽脆。毛蟹好大隻老闆好好人全程幫我地一步一步將蟹放入鍋內煮,將蟹的膏放入去煲湯。老闆將蟹蓋和蟹身先落去煲,滾完之後就將蟹蓋和蟹身撈起放在碟上攤凍蟹肉會結實。蟹身肉質肥美,又鮮甜又多汁。煲完d蟹之後老闆幫我地整一人一碗蟹湯,蟹湯好鮮甜又濃厚,飲到蟹的鮮味蟹腳已事先剪開,我地輕輕一擦已可以擦開,蟹腳啖啖肉好鮮甜。吃完蟹後老闆將配菜全部放入鍋內煮,最後將宮崎A4和牛卷到一卷卷放入鍋內煮,避免和牛過熟又可以鎖住和牛的原汁原味和牛熟左老闆又整一碗放了和牛的湯俾我地飲,和牛湯味濃最後以芝士年糕作結尾,芝士年糕以慢火慢慢燒燒到外層好脆,內里流心又好香芝士味,沾到沙糖一點都不漏
