每個月都會同閨蜜去搵啲性價比高嘅餐廳食好嘢聚一聚,是晚我哋兩個講起食扒食牛肉,相信大多數人食扒都會諗起去扒房/西餐廳,但今日我哋身處佐敦 ,捐窿捐罅間發現咗間石燒牛肉,【52C Medium Rare】,見佢同呢條街格格不入,有著清新嘅門面,我哋就入去試一試下啦。餐廳有兩層,樓上主要比客人網燒,樓下就比客人石燒,我哋揀咗石燒所以坐樓下嚕,樓下石以有吧枱選擇。餐廳都幾貼心,因為佢有一個可以洗手嘅位置,衛生意識都好高。而且另一個貼心位就係每張枱都會放置一些比客人用嘅預配套,就係摺得很精美的圍巾啦,唔怕整到件衫可以盡情切切切啦。望望餐牌,呢度百零蚊已經有一個套餐,就算胃口大同胃口細既都可以揀唔同嘅G數,滿足自己嘅食量,每個SET有西湯、沙律菜🥗、白飯。兩個套餐跟上麻醬沙律及羅宋湯,沙律新鮮不馬虎,羅宋湯材料十足,味道都合格。首先係石燒美國殼飼牛封門柳套餐。呢個套餐嘅主角係封門柳,特點係肉質非常爽嫩,色澤比較偏深,牛味濃郁。石燒嘅方式令到佢嘅肉質更為鮮美,而且有著獨特嘅香氣,加上牛肉表面焦糖化令味道更加突出。一隻牛有封門柳嘅部位不多,所以真係比較矝貴,呢度嘅封門柳水準都好高。搭配上羅宋湯同前菜

接下來係石燒美國殼飼牛牛小排套餐。
牛小排嘅特點就係肉質柔軟得嚟仲有豐富嘅油花脂肪,同樣好適合用嚟石燒!

兩款嘅牛扒佢都有配上醬汁,另外佢都有牛油可以擺埋上石燒板上面等佢化喺牛肉上面。我自己就喜歡淨係用牛油調一調味, 好嘅牛肉係唔使整色整水都已經好好味!

分別係廿四味同榴槤。兩款嘅味道都好豐富而唔會太甜,特別係廿四味呢種味道真係好少見會出現Gelato身上,食落甘甜甘甜咁,我會形容味道會有啲似落咗糖漿嘅龜苓膏咁,大推!x10000000000000

食完準備埋單之際,店員好友善咁走過嚟同我哋閒家常,傾傾下佢推介可以試埋薑味Gelato話出面食唔到呢隻味,咁就一於叫埋嚟試試佢啦!雖然薑味出面唔少甜品都會見到,但係佢哋呢款嘅薑味帶有一種薑金辛辣感,似煲紅糖薑茶前嗰款薑辛味,味道一啲都唔人工、非常天然,果然無介紹錯!
