To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冷氣位吹正晒超凍。食品未上已凍到想調位。禮貌問第一位員工可否調教冷氣。員工表示好。後發覺無調教過，再問另一位男員工，男員工冷冷一句：冷氣係商場無得調教。就轉頭走左。完全無諗過幫忙調位或解決。最終一家匆匆忙忙挨凍食完即走。最可笑，發現收銀櫃旁一推冷氣機調教制。全家食左個急凍快餐再返屋企食感冒藥。野食一般般。白咖哩味道唔夠沙嗲王香濃。蒜蓉茄汁味道一般，無蒜香味及蕃茄味。份量就合格。呢個份量，環境及價錢，係可以。但加上味道及員工態度，去茶餐廳可能好啲。
