麗豪酒店係沙田屹立多年嘅傳統式酒店，幾百蚊就食到呢度嘅酒店自助餐，有時如果諗唔到出街食乜嘢，食buffet都唔錯㗎。呢度嘅自助餐最特別就係有得打邊爐，可惜可能今日咁啱打風，無咗平時嘅藥膳雞煲湯底，我試咗清雞湯底，佢哋嘅油麥菜好新鮮，全部打邊爐嘅食材都切到細細份好精緻，唔使驚一次過拎太多食唔晒，醬料都有好多選擇，我最推介係喇沙醬！凍盤就一般酒店有嘅佢都有齊，沙律煙三文魚火腿芝士橄欖等等，海鮮就有蜆、蝦、螺，刺身全部都厚切大大件俾你，所以我個人建議叫佢俾一件先，留肚食其他🤪熱食方面，我覺得中式嘅食物係比較啱我口味，全部熱辣辣香噴噴。烤牛肉就熟咗少少，可能我本身食開比較生。另外佢有個BBQ專區，有長腳蟹，多肉飽滿！甜品都有好多款揀，食到最尾我都試唔曬，不過佢都細細件，好貼心。最尾我想讚下呢度嘅員工、全部都好勤力友善，換碟快，同埋經常清潔出面枱面！
