行過銅鑼灣百樂中心,見到樓下成30-40人排隊, 心諗咩事阿?! 見到成座野都係餐廳,就一於搵間日本野試下啦!呢間餐廳入面既裝潢係咁樣既~上面放左D書~食燒物為主,岩哂送酒同朋友傾計~飲品就比較小choice 燒雞腎~燒得岩岩好~唔會太硬蒜香一口牛肉粒~面頭既蒜片令到牛粒有一陣香味~而D菇亦都索哂蒜同埋牛肉既香味, 係呢碟野既精華所在阿~前面既係芝士蝦球~ 佢芝士味好重,食落去真係有一舊芝士係到~ 反而蝦味就唔太重,比芝士搶左個味道。而後面既就係紫薯餅~ 咬落去食到粒粒紫薯溶~ 炸得又夠脆, 干身唔會太油~ 佢D炸野都做得唔錯阿!燒牛脷芯~ 燒牛脷最怕係燒得太硬~ 佢就無呢個問題出現~ 不過就覺得咸左小小係menu到見到有樣野個名好奇怪~叫做貓飯, 朋友好奇,就叫左佢, 要一看廬山真面目阿!!原來貓飯就係木魚飯~佢面頭加左D木魚,下面就有小小醬汁係到~ 不過唔知點解會叫貓飯呢? 難道D貓係食呢D野既?!芝士蟹肉玉子燒~ 大大隻字寫住深宵阿! 中間就有一堆蟹肉係到~既食到蟹肉既鮮味、又食到玉子既香味~ 呢個配搭係幾有新鮮感既! 不過呢個要襯熱食~如果唔係凍左D蟹肉就會腥~大合照一下先~~
