To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. lunch諗住試吓新嘢,叫咗個泰式豬頸肉炒河外賣,但等咗25分鐘先有,平日時間,無人等外賣,店內人客約五成,要等咁耐真係有待改善。食物方面賣相唔錯,但味道真係麻麻,好咸同有濃濃嘅燶味,炒河內仲有啲腐皮咁嘅嘢,腐皮嘅質感係香口膠咁,豬頸肉份量太少,應該就唔會再試。另外見有人話好多位都要搭枱,我眼見真係得五成客但都要搭枱,而門口真係無人等位。
